WE DO NOT FULFILL…

Due to local laws, the layout of our warehouse, and other aspects of our business, there are some products we cannot ship from our facility.We will not be able to offer our services for the following, we apologize for the inconvenience:

  • Hemp Products

  • Tobacco or Related Products

  • Weapons

  • Products requiring temperature control or refrigeration

  • Product lines consisting of clothes and apparel

  • Animals and animal parts or products (including fur and feathers)

If your product requires specific licensing to sell or distribute, please give us a call before filling out our contact form.

RECEIVING POLICIES

New clients require a setup process including building an inventory spreadsheet, organizing and setting up a product station, and properly checking in the first shipment. The first time you send us products, we ask for 2-4 business days from the time your product arrives to the first shipment in order to properly set up your information before we begin. 

Our warehouse requires freight carriers to schedule 2-hour appointment windows BEFORE delivering the product. We will assign them a time slot and provide them with a confirmation number.

HOURS & CLOSURES

6 am - 2 pm: Monday - Thursday

In addition to our regular hours, we do take some national holidays off from work and Amazon shipments may be affected as a result. Below are Amazon's holiday schedules that we comply with:

Testing and One-time Setup

When we start a new bundling project, we begin with testing. We ask that you send us some product to run through our machine and properly calibrate. We will return the product back to you for final approval before beginning the project.

There will be a one-time setup fee to purchase initial material and cover costs of calibrating the machine to your specific product. For an accurate quote on setup, please contact us.

Pickup and Delivery

Depending on your needs and the frequency of projects, we will help you coordinate the pickup and delivery of your raw goods and finished products as needed. We have several carriers, both local and national, that we can get you in contact with to help streamline your FTL and LTL needs.

If you have your own service, we can accommodate that too. Chat with your account rep about the details for your particular projects.

Variety of film thickness

We can wrap your product in a variety of film thickness from 80 gauge to 3.5 mil, giving you options with how your products are presented and packaged. If you’re not sure what film you need, we can help you to determine what will be best for your product and budget.

For your reference, here are common household sizes to compare:

  • Heavy trash bag 2 - 3 Mil on average

  • Ziploc bags 1.5 - 2 Mil on average

  • Plastic Wrap 35 - 40 Gauge on average
