What makes MacPac special?

We are not a typical 3PL (3rd party logistics management company). We are a fulfillment warehouse that specializes in Amazon Vendor Central Fulfillment. It’s a unique niche that you won’t find many places. We prioritize your Amazon purchase orders over other projects because our main goal is to keep your chargebacks at 0%.

We take care of your Amazon Vendor Central Orders from the submission of the purchase order up until it’s time to invoice. That means you won’t need to worry about accepting PO’s, labeling boxes and pallets correctly, or pick and packing your stock. All you need to do is get us inventory and invoice the orders after we’ve sent you your paperwork.

What does your Amazon Vendor Central process look like?

We pride ourselves on our efficient and unique process to get your orders shipped on time. We have developed a proprietary process that spans days to get your orders complete. Because of this unique process, we can’t give you all the details and we don’t currently offer training on this. Amazon is a beast, and there are a ton of rules and regulations that are updated regularly. Selling products on Amazon Vendor Central is the ultimate goal for many businesses that want to sell on the Amazon platform, but navigating their rules is a full-time job. The Owners

Doug and Kristi McAfee are the owners of MacPac and the husband-wife duo that keep everything running smoothly. They work with clients as they onboard with us to make sure all your orders get processed on time. Kristi manages the office crew and Doug oversees the warehouse team.

The Account Managers

Our office team works with our clients to manage their shipments, print labels, print packing slips, manage Amazon accounts, plan pre-builds, manage projects, and update inventories. Each account manager is assigned to a set of clients so that they can develop a relationship with the company and get to know their products forward and backward.

The Warehouse Managers

Our warehouse managers keep inventory properly labeled and organized for every client. The managers' check-in deliveries, sign for shipments, and triple-check that everything we send is accurately labeled and wrapped.

The Fulfillment Crew

Our fulfillment team are the ones who pick and pack, label, and palatalize all your product and get everything ready for shipping. They know the warehouse like the back of their hands. The fulfillment crew is in charge of packing orders and ensuring the correct information goes on every box.

Our team is dedicated to processing your orders and accurately fulfilling every single one, even those pesky Amazon vendor central orders that are notoriously prone to charge-backs.
