Position Type: Commission-Based / Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: Remote / Field Sales

Focus: High-Volume Amazon FBA/FBM/Vendor Central Sellers, E-commerce Brands, B2B, UNFI and KEHE, Costco, Walmart, Etc.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, HUNTER-mentality sales professional to drive the acquisition of high-volume e-commerce clients. As a specialist in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Amazon fulfillment, you will identify and close partnerships growing e-commerce companies needing high-volume warehousing, pick-and-pack, and fast shipping services. This is a commission, unlimited earning potential role designed for someone with a strong network in the Amazon ecosystem, high volume E-commerce brands and B2B needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Target: Source new business leads focusing on medium-to-large companies with DTC, Amazon and B2B needs.

  • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and attending e-commerce industry events to pitch our specialized, high-volume logistics solutions.

  • Consultative Sales: Analyze potential clients’ current FBA fee structures, shipping pain points, and warehousing needs to offer customized fulfillment solutions.

  • Client Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle, transitioning new accounts smoothly to the account management team.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the 3PL, logistics, or e-commerce space.

  • Amazon Knowledge: Deep understanding of Amazon FBA/ Vendor Central/FBM logistics a plus.

  • Persistence: A proven "hustler" mentality, comfortable with cold calling and high rejection rates in pursuit of large, high-value contracts.

  • Network: An existing network of Amazon sellers or e-commerce brand owners is a significant advantage.

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently as an independent contractor, setting your own hours to maximize commission.
